They are purchases/procurements, which is NATO contractual, made according to supplemental agreement signed on 14 November 1972 between State of the Republic of Turkey and German State. Accordingly, in case military requirement is demanded by Turkey to be procured from German market, applying to German Weapon Technic and Procurement Department (BWB) and required material or service is purchased by BWB according to principles and procedures of current German Act and over prices purchased for the German Army.
