In order to be fulfilled the undertaken works by awarded party or firm, in case he is in need of advance to fulfill the work, against cash amount to be paid it is the letter of guarantee supplied from foreign bank in terms of counter guarantee of authorised bank and indicate that advance shall be returned in case the liability is not fulfilled.
