In order to fulfil public services referred to in laws, on condition that properties of immovables belong to public administrations it refers to leave use of immovables to eachother or village legal persons by public administrations; on the other side it refers to leave use of immovables belonging to Treasury and places under rule and ownership of State to eachother or village legal persons free of charge by the Ministry of Finance during continuity of service.
