Botargo

A relish consisting of the roe of mullet or tunny, salted and pressed into rolls. Bonito/Palamut: From the tuna family, the small bonito rarely exceeds 25 pounds. The fish is relatively high in fat and is among the most strongly flavored of the tunas.
