the term means that the contractor has to carry out all proceedings to load the goods to ship and has to bear all costs and risks of loss of or damage to the goods. The contracting entity has to inform the contractor about ship’ s arrival to the port. After goods is loaded to the vessel, all risks and loss of damages are borne by the contracting entity.
