they are vehicles, weapons, weapon materials and equipment and systems, ammunition as aircraft, helicopter, ship, submarine, tank, panzer, rocket, missile; and research, development, training, manufacturing, modernization and software of them; and campaign stocks pertaining to them; and material and service for maintenance, operating and sustainment; and service, equipment and systems in scope of Government security and information and materials used with them or support them or affect preparation for war condition of units/troops.
