Research to understand surface to air guided missiles (fire and forget, fire and update, lock on before launch, lock on after launch) against air breating targets (aircrafts, helicopters, UAVs, cruise missiles) and mobile or stationary fire control systems on land or naval platforms that prepare guided missile to launch, decide launch time of guided missile and number of guided missiles to maximize hit/kill probabiliy, launch guided missile(s) and send target and other relevant data to guided missile during its flight via data link.
Also includes the systems that have their own sensors to detect, identify and track targets and use outsource targets data for engagaments.
