PERFORMANCE BOND / FINAL LETTER OF GUARANTEE

it is a letter of guarantee given by banks or private finance houses committing that contractor shall fulfil liabilities and of which type is determined by Public Procurement Agency. In case the contractor is settled abroad, performance bond is prepared by the authorised banks or private finance houses settled in Türkiye supplying counterguarantee from foreign banks.
