Those are projects of which aim, extent, period/time, budget, special terms, real and/or monetary support amount supplied by other association, institution, real or legal persons, sharing principals of invention rights among the persons concerned are determined. The projects are prepared in accordance with the following processes and applications: to develop/produce a new product, to increase quality or standard of the product, to perform new technics in order to cost reduction and standard increase, to develop new technology concerning manufacturing or to determine every stage of research and development activities, compatible with scientific principles to bring new technology in harmonization with country conditions. The meaning of the projects is to convert the results into useful vehicle, equipment, material, product, method, system and production techniques or they are works and technology adaptation for the purpose of improvement of the current technology.
