the term is used to describe updated monetary limits determined separately for goods and service purchase and construction works in article 8 of 4734 numbered Act and in accordance with article 67 of the same Act in order to be used applying provisions concerning tender advertisement periods and principles and participating to tender only domestic tenderers and supplying price advantage in favour of domestic tenderers in tenders.
