Training and education is the means of providing jobholders with these knowledge and skills. Research to determine a baseline measure of how effective current education and training methods are towards readiness military standards, to document the education and training measures and methods of individual/team training, to identify how simulation and gaming technologies can be used to enhance current education and training methods, and how these technologies should be integrated with conventional training.
